The call is to confirm I can help:

My comprehensive TCO implementation program involves working alongside me and my team for an initial 6 months – we will confirm you are the right fit (do not worry too much about this as if you are not I will find another solution for you).

It is important that I reassure you before our call that I only work with clinics I am confident I can help, and if you are the right fit, I will design a 6-month development plan for you. Together we will expand on the plan and add details during our onboarding process.
