What do you get?

A Horton consultant in your practice for 5-6 hours assessing your business.

We will:

• Observe your practice live in action as it would normally operate
• Spend 3-4 hours with the business owners and management to understand your long term goals and help you strategically plan your patient experience and workflows alongside your TCO

The next stage is to compile a detailed report with our recommendations for you to follow

Power hours – online training with Laura to get the outcome you need for your clinic or team

1 hour – £300

90 minutes – £450

2 hours – £600

Time to plan and prepare for each power hour is not deducted from the training time.
