Why a Treatment Coordinator is great on the phone!
I am more frequently finding practices that have cross trained teams which I think is fantastic.
I am also finding that after I have fully implemented the treatment coordinator system into dental practices that the TCOs themselves are far more effective at converting new patient telephone calls too.
This is because they have been taught outstanding verbal skills and have begun to understand the art of listening!
I encourage in the Treatment Coordination training for the dental reception team to be present, often because they too would make great TCO’s but that they also learn many vital verbal skills that expand their skill set.
