Tip 3:

Language

Make sure your staff know what kind of language they should be using on your Facebook page. Obviously, swearing is off limits, and negativity isn’t usually a good idea. However, a Facebook page should be less formal than some of your other communication. A friendly, open tone works best – and it should be seen as a conversation, rather than your chance to promote yourself indiscriminately.
