Finally dental practice owners are starting to realise why their business must offer free of charge appointments! Hurrah you will hear me shout from the rooftops!
Successful practices have been doing this here and across the pond for a very long time. And why are they successful? Because their new patients do not have to part with their hard earned cash just to find out the options for their treatment. They make a decision after they know how much they can spend and all the alternatives available to them. How do I know this? Because I was a treatment coordinator, for a very successful practice, for many years – I have lived and breathed this role – and I have the T-shirts too.
