My list of unique selling points that you shouldn’t be using

Here are my top 5 USPs that I see in use from dental businesses, they are not necessarily USPs!

  1. We have a website – so?
  2. We have disabled access – so what?
  3. We have a friendly team – if you have one about your team it needs to be a powerful one and how do you prove it? Testimonials from patients?
  4. We are very flexible – why on earth cause trouble for yourself?
  5. We offer amazing customer service – only  say so if you can prove it and consistently demonstrate it!
