Management Monday – Planning for 2013

I seem to spend so much of my working day at this time of the year planning for the forthcoming year ahead.

The main focus in November will be our annual planning day at Absolute, which is a team brainstorming type of activity.

The management team here have already set the 2013 objectives, and we shared them with the team two weeks ago. Their vitally important role is to consider the objectives and come up with ways to bring them to fruition. Their amazing vision always inspires me, they see things I don’t and give the inspiration required to make 2013 successful and fulfilling.
