Management Meetings – how, what and when?
Management meeting
This blog will focus on the reporting aspect that the management (business / practice managers and practice owner(s) and need to complete each month.
You will probably need 2-3 hours a month to discuss and report back to each other.
The areas that you need to review are:
- Marketing
- Financial
- Communication systems
- Operational systems
This meeting should be about giving feedback, reviewing where you are with the targets you have set and providing solutions to problems you have accoutred.
Decide who out of the management team is responsible for each area so that it is not just one person doing all the work!
