So what do you need to know?
You must measure your conversaion rates:
- NP called V NP Booked
- free consults V no that booked ex
- Ex to treatment
- average NP spend per month
And once you have done this for your practice you need to repeat steps 2-4 for each dentist in the practice.
Its very interesting, shouldn’t take long and should be done on the first of each month by your PM or TCO!
