How many new patients do you really need?

On 16th January, I delivered a free webinar sharing my method for calculating the number of new patients a dental practice needs each month. I held this on Teams, which I am currently moving to to decrease my tech stack.

The Teams registration page shows me that almost 1000 people clicked the link to read the information about this event – 10% registered, and 37% attended of those registered.

That afternoon, I felt rather unwell, but I knew it was the Dorrington pesto and mozzarella focaccia that I had eaten at lunch, as that was all I could taste. I held it together and delivered the webinar.

I can assure you it was not my finest moment, and afterwards, I questioned whether I should have rescheduled the event. I had not, as I didn’t want to let anyone down. I know how precious evenings are, and my diary was jam-packed for the foreseeable, so I decided to run with it.

The formula I shared is not a magic formula but one that helps you understand your business from a new patient conversion and marketing perspective. I’ve been assisting clients in taking a deeper look into these figures for 16 years now, and I enjoy it. I want to help practices get this figure clear on a spreadsheet.

It’s vital as it helps dental practices understand how much time they need for their treatment coordinator.

Give me a week or so, and I will download the recording and upload it to replace my current webinar on my website, ‘Learn How I Grow Businesses with Treatment Coordination’ If you want to access that while it is still up, you can do so by clicking here
