Thats what we hear all the time and for your new patients that can be true. Thats because you could have a treatment coordinator that can provide free of charge initial consultations for all new patients. For the practice this is fantastic. Its shows you are honest you have nothing to hide and its not about the fees. Its all about the patient. Every new patient has questions and we need to take out time to listen, but listening takes time. Patients love to have options and we need to give them more of them. When patients initially contact your practice, they are often told to come in they need to pay. Some patients really dont know what they want. Therefore if you have a TCO you would be able to inform your patient on the telephone that they could come in to see a team member for a free of charge initial free consultation, a coffee and a chat to see what types of treatment you provide and what results you can achieve. However, if patients really know what they want they could book straight in to see you the clinician. Having a TCO means that you get to see the patients that arent sure. That means you no longer have patients we often describe as shoppers. They dont hang up the phone they book an appointment to see your TCO.
