December Vs January
This time of year always intrigues me in terms of practices booking their training programme with me.
I have practices booked in December for treatment coordinator implementation – the goal here is to start 2012 with a bang. Huge marketing campaigns for free consultations for the months of December and January. These consultations are carried out by the TCOs who will be empowered and excited to get back to work on the 3rd January!
I have other practices booking in for January, there reason is that they are quieter in January so this suits them best in terms of the books and blocking out time for me to attend the practice.
Either way suits me fine, I have only a couple of spaces left for each month as both are popular.
Thought I would write a blog about it as it is always interesting for me to observe, what are your thoughts?
