Books on customer service I recommend you read

I have read many books on customer service but there are a few that I am constantly recommending.

As this weeks theme has been customer service I thought I would share them with you in this blog post.

In no order they are:

  4. The New Gold standard

I wouldn’t buy brand new copies, but would purchase used ones from Amazon and buy a few to share with the entire team!
