TCO Launchpad Membership
Duration: 14 weeks – The next begins 1st May 2026
Ideal for: Practices without a consultation room and/or who are starting out in just one area
Focus: Role design, team alignment, vision planning, successful introduction
£: One payment of £496
Usual fee £1495. Saving available to the first 5 clinics.
Includes:
- Five seats to the on-demand Introduction to Treatment Coordination Programme (worth £1,475)
- Weekly group training (Monday at 1pm)
- Monthly one-to-one sessions
- One ticket to the in-person training in Birmingham (July)

Circle 33 TCO Growth Membership
Duration: 12 Months. 7 seats remain for the next cohort
Ideal for: Practices with a dedicated consultation / scanning room ready to fully utilise the role or grow their TCO team
Focus: Full TCO utilisation and accreditation

FAQs for TCO Launchpad Memberships
What is Talent Builder?
Talent builder is a 6-week membership to help you recruit internally using my HR systems and methods. If you join TCO Launchpad Talent Builder membership is included also.
Who attends the group coaching and 121 coaching and when does it take place?
Group coaching can be used for the manager, owner and TCO(s). The coaching clinic takes place on Tuesdays at 13:15
Who attends the 121 coaching?
121 coaching is for the TCO/ PM / Owner, you can join together, and this same TCO then attends the in-person training in month 3
Who attends the in person session?
In month three the TCO is invited to attend. This is held in Birmingham on Wednesday 18th March 1-5pm.
How tickets can we purchase for the Communiction and Conversaion Mastery course with the 50% saving?
You can purchase up to 3 tickets but please note this course is for GDC registered professionals only. We will send you a code to enter at the checkout to reduce the fee by 50%. Places need to be booked by 6th February 2026
Do we get resources in the program
Horton Consulting TCO resources such as consultation forms can be purchased separately
Do we get 121 support?
7 days a week you have access to Leanna's coaching assistant who can answer your questions. Anything that needs further discussion Leanna will cover on the Tuesday group coaching clinics

FAQs Circle 33 TCO Growth Program
Who attends the group coaching and 121 coaching and when does it take place?
For Circle 33 the consultation clinics take place on Mondays for TCOs only at 13:30
Who attends the 121 coaching?
For Circle 33 each TCO and PM/owner attends their own 121 each month.
When are the face to face days?
The dates for each Mastermind or Ignition day are confirmed when you speak with Laura and often on the courses page of the website too.
What resources and training do we get?
Your clinic will have access to absolutely everything you need to grow your business with treatment coordination. This includes our professional training suite and all resources - Laura will talk you through it all as there is to much to list here!
How do we get 121 support?
You can get support from Laura and Leanna Monday - Thursday through your clinic's private Teams channel that we set up for you. Ask us anything!
How does my TCO get accreditation?
Once we have implemented all aspects of the role into the clinic in month 7 we can start the accreditation. This is a 4 unit course which is independently assessed and provides a qualification to the TCO once completed.
